  • Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, systems and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and technological solutions
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple departments and organisational levels
  • Create detailed functional specifications, process models and requirements documentation for development and implementation teams
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support decision-making on proposed technology initiatives and system implementations
  • Collaborate with technical teams, system architects and project managers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Conduct stakeholder consultations and workshops to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements
  • Perform data analysis and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimisation strategies
  • Support system testing and user acceptance testing activities to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations during project implementation and post-implementation phases
  • Maintain clear communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements analysis role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business challenges into workable solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in requirements documentation tools and methodologies such as use cases, user stories, process flows and data flow diagrams
  • Experience with system development lifecycle (SDLC) and familiarity with agile or waterfall project methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and validate requirements from diverse stakeholders with varying priorities and perspectives
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) or customer relationship management (CRM) platforms is advantageous
  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
  • Familiarity with business process modelling notation (BPMN) or similar process documentation standards is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
