Responsibilities :

• Lead the Business Analyst team and oversee lending/credit business analysis and portfolio assessment.
• Review credit proposals, including credit quality, structure, financial performance, and compliance with internal policies.
• Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and financial projections to support credit decisions and Relationship Managers.
• Perform independent credit monitoring and assess portfolio risks, including expected loss for channeling partnerships.
• Identify potential credit and financial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and relevant stakeholders to support sound credit decisions and business growth.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Economics, Finance, or Banking.
• Minimum7 years of experience in Credit Analysis, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit analysis, financial statements, NPL ratios, and risk assessment.
• Ability to evaluate financial performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, and systems; credit guarantees are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
