Job description:
- Develop project plans and track and measure project milestones.
- Conduct QA and user-acceptance tests during new program releases.
- Analyse diverse project requirements and write use cases and user stories.
- Provide support throughout the project lifecycle and create technical proposals.
- Conduct competitor research to effectively design successful project roadmaps.
- Communicate project requirements to development, UI/UX, and DevOps teams.
- Identify areas of software gaps and propose new features to improve effectiveness.
- Act as a technical product manager and product owner, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Manage all stages of the SDLC, proactively addressing potential project delays.
- Prepare detailed software test plans and ensure quality standards are met.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and document processes using Confluence and JIRA.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners/Project Managers to finalize deliverables, prioritize tasks, estimate efforts, and plan timelines effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst with project management responsibilities, preferably in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, JIRA, and creating technical documentation (SRS, use cases, diagrams).
- Ability to design workflows and flowcharts using Visio or Lucidchart.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to manage complex project challenges.
- Familiarity with software architecture concepts, business analysis techniques, and SDLC best practices.
