Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Performance Analysis
  • Analyse sales data (sell-in & sell-out) by channel, region, and product category
  • Identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
  • Monitor performance against targets (daily, monthly, yearly)
  • Market & Competitor Insights
  • Provide actionable insights to support business strategy in the sanitary market
  • Distributor & Channel Analysis
  • Evaluate distributor and dealer performance (inventory levels, sell-out rate, coverage)
  • Identify distribution gaps and expansion opportunities
  • Assess effectiveness of distributor programs and channel strategies
  • Business Strategy Support
  • Support pricing strategy and promotion effectiveness analysis
  • Provide analytical support to sales teams for key accounts and project pipelines
  • Analyse project forecasts and pipeline summaries for presentation to senior leadership
  • Reporting & Dashboarding
  • Develop and maintain regular reports (weekly/monthly performance review)
  • Create clear, insightful dashboards for the Sales Director, commercial leader, and country leader
  • Utilise data tools (Excel, Power BI / Tableau, Salesforce, SAP) to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Present analysis and insights directly to senior stakeholders

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a sales analyst, business analyst, or commercial analytics role
  • Prior experience in the building materials, sanitary, or FMCG industry is preferred;
  • Proven experience organising and analysing large volumes of raw data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Experience working with distributor or channel sales data (sell-in / sell-out) is highly advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency in at least one BI/visualisation tool: Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) or equivalent ERP/CRM systems
  • Familiarity with external data platforms (e.g. BCI or similar project information sources) is a plus
