Business Analyst

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Create workflows, user journeys, and business process mappings.
• Manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between business and technical teams.
• Manage the full project lifecycle (planning, execution, monitoring, and closing) leveraging Project Management experience.
• Develop project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure project outcomes align with business goals and defined KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum experience 2–4 years as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience handling projects as a Project Manager (end-to-end project experience is preferred)
• Strong understanding of business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, etc.).
• Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or ERP projects.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis.
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or PMP are a plus.
