Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support business development and strategic initiatives.
Conduct research on market potential, business opportunities, and economic impact, particularly within the ultra-micro and unbanked segments.
Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various primary and secondary sources.
Conduct literature reviews and secondary data analysis to generate relevant business and research insights.
Develop surveys, questionnaires, and support fieldwork activities.
Prepare research reports, presentations, and research publications for internal and external stakeholders.
Translate research findings and data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with national and international stakeholders on research and business-related projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Islamic Economics/Sharia Business, Management, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in financial institutions, banking, consulting, research institutions, or related industries is a plus.
Strong interest in research, data analysis, business development, and socioeconomic issues.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
Familiarity with analytical and research tools such as Python, R, Stata, SPSS, KoboToolbox, or similar tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or collaboratively.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as required.
