Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at BIOTA Smart Home. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance performance across our operations. Your analytical skills will help shape the strategic direction of our smart home products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Manager and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and workflows
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical documentation
- Make sure all the requirements created meets impacts to user experience
- Manage changes in business requirements and adjust technical specifications accordingly
- Involved product testing to ensure the solution meets business standards
Requirements
- Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, or any other related discipline
- Knowledge of BPMN, logic flow, wireframe and other business process modeling standards
- Has strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in documenting business processes
- Experienced in evaluating requirements and technology solutions from business perspective
- Database general knowledge included database design and basic query
- A passion for success in supporting change and process improvement in an agile environment
