Job Description

As the Business Analyst in the Business Performance & Transformation team, you will act as the primary liaison between ATI's core operations and technology teams. Your main objective is to identify and define opportunities for automation and AI-driven solutions by uncovering challenges and gaps in key business processes.

Your work will directly shape ATI's strategic roadmap. You will deliver well-researched Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and data-backed RICE scores, while building strong relationships with key accounts and operations teams to understand their day-to-day activities and translate their pain points into actionable projects.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • You will proactively engage with core operations teams and key account managers to identify process challenges, inefficiencies, and pain points.
  • You will conduct in-depth analysis of operational data and process notes to quantify the impact of identified issues.
  • You will lead interviews and workshops to gather comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders.
  • You will develop and maintain detailed Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that serve as the blueprint for technology teams.
  • You will apply the RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, Effort) framework to score and prioritize automation and AI opportunities.
  • You will create as-is and to-be process maps to visualize current workflows and propose optimized processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
  • Exceptional English skills (written and verbal), with the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts and confidently present to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or Engineering). Coursework in data analysis or information systems is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience using data to answer questions or support recommendations (comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and build business cases.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting interviews, surveys, or workshops to gather stakeholder requirements.
  • Ability to explain technical issues in plain language to non-technical audiences.
  • Logical, systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to uncover root causes.
  • Exposure to project management or process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the structure of BRDs or the RICE prioritization framework.
  • Basic understanding of automation, bots, or AI models.
  • Experience with digital transformation projects, especially in the travel or aviation industry.
