Strong Communication, Analytical Skills, Multi Tasking and knowledge of Information Technology and Banking.
Previous experience in Business Analyst or Business Process Analyst in the financial industry especially Bank.
Ability to gather, perform analysis and create Business Technical Requirements include technical liaison between internal stakeholders and external clients.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential areas for process improvement.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
