Business Activation Officer

About the Role

The candidate will responsible for preparing the needs of event implementation or activation program and to ensure the program is implemented properly and the traffic targets are achieved.

What will you be doing

• Prepare various creative and interesting ideas related to the theme and product characteristics, to be proposed to superiors for consideration in the analysis and identification of activity programs.
• Prepare the needs for the event, starting from the preparation of materials, sponsors, setting the schedule and event round-down as well as target participants, to ensure the event is carried out successfully according to the planning and budget.
• Organize events during the event including the PIC involved in the store, so that the event goes according to plan.
• Make regular reports on program activities accurately and on time as material for superior's consideration in evaluating program effectiveness.

What do we look for

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Have experience min. 2 year as Event Activation Officer, preferably in food beverages or retail industry, event organizer, agency advertising
• Experience in working to critical deadlines and dynamic environment
• Active in various organizational activities, social activities, or other activitie
• Able to collaborate with the team and other parties involved in the work
• Have creativity to produce concepts, themes, or various innovative activities
• Expert skill in Store Marketing Program, Database Administration, Reporting Skill, Event Management Tools, Audio-Video Tools
