Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Surabaya. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and introduce Accurate's business software solutions to potential customers. The role includes conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, as well as preparing proposals, demos, and product presentations tailored to client requirements. The team member will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and build long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth. The role also involves meeting sales targets, attending events or customer visits, and providing feedback from the field to support product and marketing improvements.
