Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based in Surabaya. The Sales Business Development professional will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and presentations, and introduce Accurate's business software solutions to potential customers. The role includes conducting market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings, as well as preparing proposals, demos, and product presentations tailored to client requirements. The team member will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and build long-term client relationships to drive revenue growth. The role also involves meeting sales targets, attending events or customer visits, and providing feedback from the field to support product and marketing improvements.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements, interpret market data, and identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication abilities, including clear presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Ability to conduct structured market research to map target segments, analyze competitors, and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to build trust, respond to inquiries, and provide a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Previous experience in B2B software, ERP, or SaaS sales is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort using CRM and productivity tools to manage activities, track progress, and report results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Denpasar Bali manage time effectively, and meet agreed sales targets.
