Building & Utilities Engineer (English Speakers)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with vendors and utility providers (e.g., PLN) for specialized systems like High Voltage Transformers and Electrical Panels.
• Provide technical understanding and review of electronic circuit drawings.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Support project planning and execution for facility upgrades and expansions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across mechanical, electrical, and utility systems.
• Maintain clear documentation and reports on performance and work completed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facility engineering or plant maintenance.
• Proven hands-on experience with utility and mechanical systems listed above.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, fire safety systems, and electrical distribution.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical and mechanical).
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Speaking English.
