Responsibilities
Leading and overseeing daily building operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems to ensure optimal performance.
Supervising, coaching, and developing in-house engineering, housekeeping, and security teams to maintain high operational standards.
Planning, coordinating, and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure asset reliability and minimize operational downtime.
Ensuring compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.
Handling and resolving tenant service requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain tenant satisfaction.
Managing vendor and contractor agreements while monitoring performance against established service level standards.
Preparing, controlling, and monitoring annual operational and capital expenditure budgets (OPEX & CAPEX) to support cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, Property Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience managing high-rise properties (office buildings, residential towers, or mixed-use developments).
Good understanding of building regulations, safety compliance, and preventive maintenance practices.
Experience in vendor and contract management within property or facility management environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle tenant relations professionally.
Willing to work flexible hours when required to support operational needs.
