Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building management, facility management, maintenance, or a similar role.
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably involving building maintenance or improvement projects.
Good understanding of basic project management principles and practices.
Good knowledge and application of 5R principles in the workplace.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant design and drafting applications.
Strong ability to perform cost calculations, prepare project estimates, and interpret technical drawings.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate building repair, maintenance, and improvement projects for the Head Office and warehouse facilities.
Conduct site surveys, inspections, and area measurements to support project planning.
Develop and prepare building layouts and technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant applications.
Prepare RAB (Budget Estimate) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for building repair and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to communicate project requirements, technical specifications, scope of work, and company standards.
Monitor project implementation to ensure work is carried out in accordance with the approved scope, specifications, quality standards, budget, and timeline.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control (QC) throughout the project implementation process.
