We are looking for a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to manage and perform maintenance activities across our warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge and experience in building upkeep, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Create and follow preventive maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Perform corrective and emergency repairs on warehouse buildings
- Prepare repair cost estimates and maintenance budgets
- Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring quality work
- Coordinate with tenants and handle complaints effectively
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations and repairs
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical equipment
- Ensure compliance with QHSE, ISO, and safety standards
- Manage cleaning and upkeep of the facility
- Prepare reports on utilities and operational expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in building maintenance or facility management
- Knowledge of MEP systems and facility operations
- Familiar with ISO, K3, and QHSE standards
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Willing to be placed at our warehouse in Cibitung
