Job Description :
- Responsible for end-to-end management of HSE program, including building structure assessment & review of RAB for structural repairs/reinforcement, HSE inspections & audit compliance, emergency response, HSE in office building, building design from HSE perspective, HIRADC/JSA (e.g. constructions, work at height, electricity and others) in accordance with applicable regulations & policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with related parties to ensure proceses are carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, applicable regulations, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor budgets in accordance with the work plan.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to relevant internal units regarding the HSE program.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in civil engineering or technical background
- Certified general OSH expert (Ahli K3 Umum), competency certification in the field of structure.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably involving building structure assessment and construction safety management
- Strong in analytical thinking
- Detail-oriented, diligent, disciplined, eager to learn, able to work under pressure, and able to work well in a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to perform negotiation, risk analysis and mitigation.
- Experienced in preparing reports and executive-level presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
