Job Description:
- Support the team in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to improve platform reliability (service excellence), including supply & demand balance and detection of undesired behavior from drivers, merchants, and users
- Assist in conducting experiments and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of platform health initiatives while considering business profitability
- Build and maintain metrics dashboards and produce regular reports to keep management updated on performance trends and actionable items
- Support project coordination with cross-functional teams (national & multinational) on platform reliability-related strategies
- Contribute to ad-hoc data requests and small projects as assigned by the team
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of full-time work experience internship experience is acceptable.
- Previous experience in ride-hailing or food delivery industries is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Math, Statistics, or Business) from a top-tier university.
- Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers.
- Curious to deep-dive anomaly or suspicious data and able to generate insights/findings from data to make data-driven decisions.
- SQL and spreadsheet proficiency is a must R/Python programming language is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills (Fluent in ID and EN, both written and verbal).
- Agile, comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple projects.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
