Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Budget Controller role based in Kebon Jeruk. The Budget Controller will oversee the preparation, monitoring, and control of operational and production budgets to ensure alignment with company financial targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing budget variances, tracking expenses, preparing financial and management reports, and supporting periodic forecasting and financial planning processes. The role will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business units to validate budget requests, enforce cost control measures, and recommend corrective actions where needed. The Budget Controller is also expected to contribute to improving budgeting procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant financial standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Budget Control and Budgeting skills, including experience in planning, monitoring, and optimizing operational and project budgets.
Candidates should possess solid Finance and Accounting skills, with the ability to interpret financial statements, manage cost allocation, and ensure compliance with financial policies.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, including proficiency in evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred with minimal 5 years as Senior officer or Supervisory level.
Proficiency in spreadsheet and financial software tools, and familiarity with ERP or budgeting systems is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with production, operations, and management teams.
