Budget & Expense Management Staff (Supply Chain)

Role:

This role will be responsible to prepare the annual budget, allocate expenses within the approved budget, and monitor, control and manage expenditures. Also, optimize financial performance to ensure the efficient use of resources and support the achievement of organizational goals.

Skill & Experience:

• University graduate (bachelor's degree) in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, with experience around 3 years in handling budget management of production process and management of manufacturing industry.
• Has experience with with systems such as SAP and/or ERP.
• Good problem-solving skills, with exceptional analysis ability.
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Create budgets related to raw material purchasing and allocate them to various departments or projects.
• Monitor raw material purchases and associated costs, comparing them against the budget.
• Manage supplier contracts and negotiate prices to procure materials at the most optimal cost.
• Manages the expenditure related to logistics activities such as transportation costs, warehousing fees and delivery charges.
• Manage the expenditure for logistics services and oversee taxes and other payment- related matters.
