Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute localized content strategies across social media platforms, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram to drive follower growth, engagement, and brand visibility in Indonesia
-Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to engage ACG (Anime/Comics/Game) communities and expand brand awareness
-Work closely with the BD team to implement co-branded campaigns and commercial activations with game publishers and strategic partners
- Analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, continuously optimizing strategies based on data insights and user feedback
Requirements
-3–5 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in social media or digital content operations
-Strong hands-on experience managing FB/X/IG accounts; familiarity with TikTok is a plus
-Solid understanding of the ACG industry and familiarity with major OTT platforms (e.g., Crunchyroll, Netflix, iQIYI, Viu, etc.)
-Strong content sense and ability to localize global content for the Indonesian market
-Excellent communication skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English (both spoken and written)
-Ability to work independently and manage projects in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
