Job Requirement

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communication, Broadcasting, Media, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in TV, radio, or digital broadcasting.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of video/audio equipment is a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to commit for at least 36 months.
  • Portfolio or previous media-related experience is a bonus (not mandatory).

Job Description

  • Assist in preparing and organizing content for live and recorded broadcasts.
  • Support script writing, storyboarding, and on-air coordination.
  • Help with technical setup: cameras, mics, lighting, and studio arrangements.
  • Monitor live broadcasts and provide real-time support to production teams.
  • Conduct basic research for program topics and guest preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling and content alignment.
  • Maintain documentation and archives of recorded materials.
