- Studying the Fundamentals of Finance and Investment, including banking products (savings, time deposits, current accounts), investment products (mutual funds, bonds, stocks, structured products), and the principles of portfolio diversification.
- Developing Financial and Wealth Planning, such as asset and liability management, retirement and education planning, and protection planning (life insurance, health insurance, etc.).
- Conducting Customer Risk Profile Analysis to develop investment solutions aligned with clients&apos risk profiles.Building Communication and Relationship Management Skills, including consultative selling techniques, interpersonal communication skills, and strategies for building client trust and loyalty.
- Provided with the necessary certifications and essential expertise in Wealth Management aligned with professional demands to boost employee performance and career success.
What Youll Do
- Developing marketing strategies, marketing plans, and sales programs for the wealth management business
- Creating product development and business strategies for wealth management
- Generating revenue through selling activity of investment products and bancassurance of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).
- Establish active relationships and communication with BRI Priority Customers (customer relationship management to BRI Prioritas).
- Act as a financial advisor to BRI Priority clients (BRI Prioritas), including providing advice on investments, savings, asset management, and long-term financial strategies tailored to the clients needs and profiles.
- Provide personalized services tailored to the needs and preferences of priority clients.
