In this role, you'll be the bridge between strategy and execution, and work closely with Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize brand visibility across street branding, billboards, point of sale materials (POSM), and retail investment outlets.
- Identify high-impact visibility opportunities, market trends, competitor activities and recommend placements that strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement.
- Ensure all visibility assets are deployed according to brand standards, quality requirements, and campaign objectives.
- Supervise and monitor the implementation of branding initiatives across multiple locations and channels, and oversee third-party vendors performance
- Conduct regular field visits to assess visibility quality, compliance, and effectiveness.
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns, optimize budgets, and maximize return on investment.
- Work closely with Brand Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, and Procurement teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Utilize digital monitoring tools and mobile applications for real-time supervision, reporting, and performance tracking.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in brand visibility, trade marketing, merchandising, outdoor advertising, retail execution, or related functions
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with digital monitoring platforms, mobile reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Willing and able to travel frequently to monitor execution and conduct field evaluations
- Comfortable working both in the office and on-site to ensure visibility initiatives are executed to the highest standards
