Job Description:

Brand Vendor Acquisition Agent will be responsible for hunting potential Shopee Marketplace by pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential sellers to join Shopee.
Brand Vendor Acquisition Agent should have ability to identify channel for seeking potential seller in various channels such as shop walk-in, Facebook, IG or line
Incubate the newly acquired sellers to ensure potential growth for the new sellers.
A consultative selling style is desired, coupled with the structure and organizational skills needed to drive deals closure in a new business environment
Candidates must feel comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating in person and via phone on both transnational and high value/exposure deals.
Brand Vendor Acquisition Agent should be proactive in building/defining customized negotiation/pitching strategy with the key sellers/brands they will acquire.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above
0-2 years of experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, target driven with strong execution hand, high degree of ownership
Analytical, can-do attitude, has good problem-solving skill
Quick learner with excellent business acumen and strong negotiation skill with Multi-tasking and task prioritization
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken English skills (Chinese would be a plus)
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.
Online Sales experience at a major online company is a plus
