As a Brand Trainer & Checker, you will be the frontline ambassador of Ultra Voucher at merchant outlets. Your main responsibility is to ensure that merchant cashiers and frontline staff fully understand how to accept and redeem Ultra Voucher products, while also making sure Ultra Voucher branding materials are properly installed and displayed at every outlet.
This role involves daily field canvassing to malls and public locations, direct engagement with store staff, and hands-on execution. You'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer redemption experience and strong in-store brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
1. Cashier Training
Conduct on-site training for cashiers and frontline staff on how to accept, redeem, and handle Ultra Voucher transactions
2. Outlet Checking & Quality Control
Perform regular outlet visits to check voucher acceptance readiness at merchant locations
3. Branding Material Installation & Monitoring
Install Ultra Voucher branding materials such as tent cards, banners, wobblers, stickers, or other POSM at merchant outlets. Ensure all materials are displayed correctly, visible, and in good condition
4. Field Canvassing & Relationship Building
Conduct daily canvassing to malls, shopping centers, and public areas according to assigned routes
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily or weekly visit reports including outlet status, training completion, branding visibility, and issues found. Provide photo documentation of branding material installation and display
