  • Define and establish integrated marketing campaign plans and communication concepts for Shopee's external brand initiatives, ensuring full alignment with brand positioning, visual identity, and tone of voice.
  • Analyze emerging consumer trends, youth culture, digital communities, and lifestyle interests to continuously identify and translate audience insights into high-impact campaign ideas.
  • Shape and prepare clear, actionable creative briefs to provide strategic direction for agency partners and internal execution teams.
  • Manage and oversee the ongoing execution and production of marketing collateral across multiple channels, supervising high-value productions including TVCs, digital videos, and photoshoots to maintain quality standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (including Media, Growth, PR, Creative, Social Media, SEO, and Operations) to ensure complete campaign readiness and seamless execution.
  • Evaluate brand and campaign performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics, compiling regular reports to update key stakeholders.
  • Optimize future campaign strategies by consolidating data from multiple sources to generate actionable, continuous insights.
  • Implement and integrate AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini) into day-to-day marketing workflows to improve productivity, ideation, and decision-making.

Requirements

  • Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Has 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, campaign management, or related roles within in-house or agency environments.
  • Demonstrated capability using AI platforms to support marketing workflows, content development, and strategic research.
  • Prior experience in managing multi-channel campaigns and supervising creative, production, or media agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate consumer insights and performance data into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with high organizational and execution accuracy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders.
  • Agility to think both strategically and creatively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
