Avond Studio is a branding & design agency that aims to help businesses in terms of graphic design, social media, branding & strategy, and also website. Our office is located in Rungkut Megah, Surabaya. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm (flexible).
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site or hybrid role for a Brand Strategist, based in Surabaya. As a Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies for clients.
Responsibilities
Main
- Handling our clients digital presence and optimization (strategy and monitoring)
- Brand Concept & Strategy
- Brand Research & Analysis - Research market, positioning, competitors, and other aspects of our clients brands and analyzing for better strategy
- Digital marketing strategy, campaigns and collaboration (especially on social media)
- Content Idea
- Content Planning
- Copywriting
- Brand Monitoring - Monitoring clients brands social media as well as our creative and production team: (graphic designers, talents, photographers) for the content production process
- Presenting strategy and report to internal team and clients
- Trend & Market Update
Secondary
- Assisting Production
- Assisting Monthly Report
- Assisting digital strategist for Ads Management (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google, E-commerce)
- Assisting Supervisor for Talents, KOL or Venue Research
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of experience
- Knowledge and skills in Branding and Social Media Marketing
- Knowledge in digital data analysis
- Formal or non-formal academic background in related field
- English proficiency (speaking and writing)
- Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving
- Communication and presentation skill
- Efficient time management
- Team player
