Kenangan is looking for a Marketing Staff to support our brand and marketing activities. In this role, you will handle various marketing administrative tasks, assist in executing brand campaigns, coordinate with internal and external teams, manage reporting, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing projects.
This position is open for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of internship experience in marketing if youre eager to learn, organized, and enthusiastic about brand building, wed love to meet you!
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in marketing.
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, and F&B industry trends.
- Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with various parties and work in a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle marketing administration tasks, including documentation, filing, marketing campaign tracking.
- Assist in the execution of brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities across offline and online channels.
- Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and external partners to support the smooth running of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular marketing reports on campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Support the team in organizing events, collaborations, and activation programs.
- Ensure marketing materials and activities align with brand guidelines and standards.
- Manage the marketing database, documentation, and project timelines.
- Provide general support to the marketing team for day-to-day activities.
