Brand Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, plan, and execute 360 marketing strategies for beauty/personal care category
2. Manage KOL & Influencer Marketing to build strong brand awareness and customer engagement
3. Oversee social media campaigns, digital ads, and CPAS performance
4. Analyze market trends and competitors to create relevant and competitive brand strategies
5. Manage marketing budget effectively with focus on ROI
6. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve business goals

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field
2. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing with the last position as Senior/Supervisor, preferably in beauty/personal care products
3. Proven experience in KOL management, social media strategy, and market trend analysis
4. Leadership, Analytical, creative, and communication skills
5. Work Location: Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat
