This role is highly focused on organic content and storytelling, building brand equity through meaningful, consistent, and community-driven narratives rather than paid-heavy campaigns.
Content Direction & Production
- Drive organic content strategy to grow brand presence, engagement, and trust across key platforms.
- Translate brand strategy into story-led, organic content that resonates with parents and the Sparks community.
- Identify content opportunities from classroom moments, parent stories, educator perspectives, and community activities.
- Monitor organic content performance (reach, engagement, saves, shares) and continuously refine content direction.
- Stay up to date with organic content trends, formats, and platform best practices (especially Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video).
Offline Event Coordination
- Plan and execute open houses, school events, and community activations that reflect Sparks values.
- Oversee event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution to ensure flawless experiences.
- Collaborate with academic and operations teams to integrate events into broader marketing campaigns.
- Measure event success through KPIs such as attendance, parent engagement, and post-event inquiries.
Brand Marketing
- Support the development and execution of brand strategies that build awareness, trust, and emotional connection with parents.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints—digital, print, in-school, and events.
- Conduct market research and parent feedback surveys to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Track brand health metrics (awareness, preference, satisfaction) and recommend improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 6+ years in social media/brand marketing, event coordination, content production, or social media management, experience in education, lifestyle, or family-focused brands is a plus.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and consumer (parent) psychology.
- Proven experience driving social media presence and organic content growth.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platform dynamics, especially organic TikTok content (formats, hooks, storytelling, and engagement drivers).
- Creative eye with a strong appreciation for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report content and brand performance.
- Collaborative spirit, able to work seamlessly across creative, academic, and operational teams.
