Job Description

Key Responsibility:

  • Develop a valid & relevant market research strategy and analyze the results of the research to map market segments and identify the needs of the target market and trend market.
  • Develop a brand strategy (brand essence, brand guidelines, etc.) and its marketing strategy that aligns with business strategy and is related to target and potential customers to achieve brand awareness.
  • Develop product portfolio and create product development strategy that aligns with business strategy and answers the needs of the target market based on the results of the analysis to make the brand a product innovator in the skincare industry.
  • Create and develop a product placement strategy for the product portfolio across channels (online and offline) and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of product placement by collaborating with Erha Channel to maximize revenue and improve customer experience.
  • Communicating and coordinating market research strategies, product development, brand strategy, product placement, and marketing strategies to the relevant teams, sections, or stakeholders to achieve synergy and smooth business.
  • Maintain good relations and collaboration with internal and external parties to achieve the operational & business goals.
  • Nurturing continuous improvement and innovation from the evaluation of market research strategies, product development, and marketing strategies, and guiding the change to create better results.
  • Ensure all brand projects and new products are executed well through interfaces, delivered on time, and track post-launch progress on brand.
  • Create reports and analyze brand performance and sales to evaluate and determine Return on Investment (ROI) and ensure that the company's budget related is used effectively and efficiently.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Pharmacy. Or Pharmacist Professional Education.
  • 3 - 5 years in a related field, such as Product Management, Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, and 2 years in a managerial position
  • Solid understanding of market research, brand strategy, product development, and marketing
  • Relevant knowledge in the skincare industry
