It manages and grows online communities through content, social media, and events, while collaborating with creators, influencers, and internal teams. The job includes producing engaging content, organizing community activities like tournaments and livestreams, and monitoring feedback and industry trends to refine strategies, boost engagement, and build brand loyalty.
Job Description
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the brand's voice and resonate with the gaming community, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Manage and grow online gaming communities, fostering engagement and interaction through content creation, social media, and events.
- Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and partners to amplify the brand's reach and engagement within the gaming ecosystem.
- Curate and produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and social posts, to maintain a vibrant and active presence on social channels.
- Monitor and analyze community feedback, discussions, and sentiment to inform marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee community events, including online gaming tournaments, live streams, and fan engagement campaigns to enhance brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and design, to align creative efforts with product launches, updates, and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of the gaming community and effectively leverages emerging opportunities.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, or Communications.
- 46 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in community building, brand messaging, and creative strategy within the digital or gaming industry.
- Ability to develop brand voice, create and execute campaigns, and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors.
- Comfortable using data-driven approaches to analyze audience behavior and improve engagement strategies.
- Strong storytelling ability, crisis and sentiment management, team leadership, and agility in adapting to trends and audience preferences.
