Start your career in brand marketing with Shiseido Indonesia as a Brand Marketing Intern, starting on 12 January 2026. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management, influencer collaboration, campaign execution, and digital marketing within one of our prestigious beauty brands: Cl de Peau Beaut, NARS, or Anessa. Your placement will be based on business needs and your profile, giving you exposure to the dynamic world of luxury and premium beauty.
You'll support key initiatives such as content creation for social platforms, KOL/influencer activations, CRM communication, and omni-channel campaigns. This internship is ideal for creative, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about beauty, social media trends, and brand storytelling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in executing brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Support social media operations: scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and curating user-generated content.
- Collaborate with influencers/KOLs for product launches and ongoing campaigns.
- Help prepare creative assets and ensure timely delivery for digital ads and social content.
- Monitor campaign performance and compile reports for insights and optimization.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Strong interest in beauty, social media, and digital marketing.
- Basic design skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva is a plus.
- Good written communication and attention to detail.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of social media trends and influencer marketing is preferred.
- Willing to commit to a 6-month internship period
