About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Intern at Flip, you will play an important role in bringing our brand to life through both online and offline initiatives. Your creativity, organizational skills, and passion for brand communication will be essential in executing impactful campaigns and events that strengthen Flips presence in the market. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure every activation aligns with our brand strategy and resonates with our audience. Rafi, Luqman, and Anjar, who were college friends in Universitas Indonesia, started Flip as a project in 2015 to transfer payments to each other at a fraction of what banks would charge them. What you&aposll do:

  • Assist in planning and executing integrated brand marketing initiatives (both online and offline), from campaign ideation to execution.
  • Support digital and social media campaigns, including content creation, publishing, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with external parties (vendors, agencies, partners) to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights that strengthen Flips brand strategy.
  • Engage with communities and partners to build stronger brand presence and advocacy.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign and event performance, including learnings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Communications, and Product) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and company objectives.

What you&aposll need:

  • Preferably 6 months - 1 year of experience in event handling/activation (internship or organizational background is a plus).
  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Marketing Communication, or Business.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, digital marketing, and brand communication processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal & written).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently as well as in a team,=.
