About the role
As our Brand Manager, you will take charge of crafting and executing innovative strategies that drive brand growth and recognition. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure our brand resonates with our target audience and reflects our mission, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
- Analyze and report on brand performance to determine ROI
- Conduct market research to understand customer insights, trends, and competitive landscapes
- Develop Brand Preposition, Brand DNA for our New Development Products
- Manage the brand's budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of campaigns and initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Willing to work in Surabaya
- Min. 5+ years brand management or marketing experience in Fast Moving Consumer Good's Industries (FMCG)
- Strong strategic thinking with excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in brand management tools, digital marketing, and analytics platforms
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
