To lead and elevate our brand positioning, ensuring we remain a top choice in the hospitality industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of brand management, consumer insights, and digital marketing, and the ability to drive brand engagement and growth.
- Build brand marketing strategy and programs to support business objectives across different channels and segments in order to support the overall company strategic plan.
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and recommendations on marketing tactics.
- Develop and gain approval of annual brand budgets and marketing plans.
- Develop concept/ideas for impactful and relevant 360 campaigns, including online and/or offline campaigns or activation.
- Identify brand and campaign KPI align with the brand strategy and lead the team to achieve that.
- Lead the executions of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with internal teams and/or external stakeholders (eg. media, agency, vendor) and leveraging the right internal process.
- Build a customer journey for both B2B & B2C customers by understanding the right insight for those customers including the channels that they used.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine branding strategies.
- Work with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding across all touchpoints.
- Track brand performance metrics (e.g., brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales impact) and optimize strategies based on data.
- Ensure all marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns align with the brand's voice, tone, and identity.
- Manage and maintain a productive working relationship with other departments, such as: demand generations, products, business development, sales, etc.
- Stays up to date on industry trends and local consumer insight to create a relevant marketing plan.
