Responsibilities:
- Prepare and develop products according to the brand.
- Implement marketing plans and strategies to support and create brand image or brand building that can be accepted by consumers.
- Monitor and evaluate all brand activities, from campaigns to promotions, ensuring effectiveness and alignment with company objectives.
- Manage brand budgets (A&P) and track expenses to ensure spending stays within approved limits.
- Supervise product launch activities, ensuring every rollout is well executed and on target.
- Evaluate new products using the brand during the launch period.
- Plan and coordinate brand development strategies with related departments to ensure smooth execution and achievement of brand goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or brand innovation in an FMCG company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing budgets and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Passionate about growing brands and making things happen.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
