As a Brand Team, you will be responsible for leading product portfolio development and brand management through innovation, strategic marketing execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and category performance.
What will you do
- Lead the development and management of product portfolio, including new product launches, product renovations, and seasonal extensions across multiple categories.
- Maintain and improve product profitability by monitoring business performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing effective brand strategies.
- Use consumer insights, market trends, competitor analysis, and category assessment to identify market opportunities and drive portfolio growth and innovation.
- Own and manage innovation and renovation projects end-to-end, while working closely with the Head of Brand and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute marketing mix strategies, including ATL, BTL, digital campaigns, route-to-market initiatives, and e-commerce performance activities to strengthen brand presence in the market.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams such as R&D, Sales, Trade Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Creative to ensure successful product launches and brand execution.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance, campaign effectiveness, and launch success through data analysis and market feedback.
- Support forecasting activities, business planning, and day-to-day brand operations to ensure smooth execution and alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct administrative and operational tasks related to brand management and product commercialization.
What are we looking for
- Ideally, 4+ years of experience in Brand/Marketing within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in handling new product development, product launches, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Indonesia's FMCG market, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
- Experience in Sales, Category Management, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Marketing would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and business acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
- Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
