What You Will Experience:

• Develop brand-led innovation ideas rooted in the brand's identity and market positioning.
• Explore whitespace and differentiation opportunities to enhance brand value through innovation.
• Gather and synthesize consumer research, behavior trends, and unmet needs.
• Convert insights into compelling product concepts and communication points that strengthen brand relevance.
• Ensure all innovation concepts align with the overall brand architecture, purpose, tone, and long-term objectives.
• Maintain consistency in visual identity, messaging, and positioning.
• Assist in preparing clear concept boards, value propositions, product claims, and messaging for testing and internal approvals.
• Support the readiness of innovation concepts for launch.
• Coordinate with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to validate feasibility, claims, packaging, and route-to-market plans.
• Monitor ongoing innovation projects and ensure deliverables related to brand elements are completed.
• Gather feedback post-testing and propose improvements to enhance concept viability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Brand Marketing, Brand Innovation or Product Innovation.
• Experience in consumer insights, innovation, concept development and brand strategy.
• Good communication, analytical and project management skills.
• Experience working with R&D, Marketing, Regulatory and Commercial teams.
• Willing to be based in Thamrin, Jakarta.
