Job Summary
Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen company's market positioning, drive brand equity, and support sustainable sales growth across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand strategy, annual brand plans, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Manage brand communication across ATL, BTL, digital, events, and trade marketing.
- Lead product positioning, packaging, and innovation initiatives in collaboration with sales and R&D.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to optimize brand performance.
- Manage brand budget, agencies, and ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience managing campaigns and agencies end-to-end.
