Job Title: Brand Executive (Kahf)

Key Responsibilities
- Execute brand plans with flawless execution, effective and efficient
- Learn how to seek opportunities and how to get insight with Consumer Market Insight
- Assist Brand Building team in creating brand plans (3 months 1 year), including sales targets, product introductions, campaigns, communication strategy and budgeting for various marketing activities.
- Develop brand plan into detail action
- Support in collaboration with Digital Transformation, Media, Public Relations for brand planning and campaign execution.
- Support in collaboration with Customer Marketing Management and Market Development to ensure brand activation at the area and channel levels.
- Crafting ideation for existing product or NPD with Brand Development and Product Acceleration Squad.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Having min. 2 years in Marketing, Brand, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and driving business objectives.
