Brand & Digital Designer
We're looking for a Brand & Digital Designer to support multiple projects spanning from wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, and creative ventures.
This role sits between branding and digital execution. You should be strong in visual design and brand systems, and comfortable translating those systems into websites, landing pages, and digital assets.
This is not a pure graphic design role, and not a backend developer role.
We're looking for a designer who understands how brands live across both visuals and digital platforms.
What you will be responsible for- Designing and maintaining brand identities and visual systems
- Creating marketing assets for digital and print (social, menus, decks, signage, campaigns)
- Supporting development of brand bibles and guidelines
- Designing website layouts and pages in Figma
- Building and maintaining websites using Webflow or Framer
- Updating content, layouts, and CMS pages
- Ensuring visual consistency across all projects
- Collaborating with leadership, marketing, and operations teams
Must-have:
- Strong graphic design and layout skills
- Excellent typography and visual hierarchy
- Solid understanding of branding systems
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience using Webflow or Framer
- Ability to execute clean, structured design
- Strong attention to detail
Nice to have:
- Basic HTML / CSS knowledge
- UI/UX fundamentals
- Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Motion or light animation skills
We place strong value on design taste and visual judgment.
Our work leans toward a Western, design-led aesthetic — clean layouts, strong typography, restraint, and high-quality references drawn from international hospitality, lifestyle, and culture brands.
We are not looking for trendy, over-designed, or decorative styles.
You should be comfortable designing work that feels:
- minimal but intentional
- typography-driven
- structured and editorial
- premium rather than playful
- inspired by global brands, not local templates
If your portfolio relies heavily on:
- Canva-style layouts
- decorative graphics
- crowded compositions
- loud colors or excessive effects
This role will not be the right fit.
