Job Description

As a Brand Development Lead, you will define where the brand should grow next. You will turn consumer insights, market signals, and business needs into clear brand directions and initiatives. You partner with brand, commercial, and creative teams to drive sustainable growth. This role is for strategic thinkers who enjoy shaping the future.

Job Descriptions :

  1. Leading E2E process of developing brand architecture and its portfolio based on the 6P framework to ensure effective delivery of products and brands to consumers.
  2. Create brand roadmaps for a 1-3 year timeframe based on current brand conditions, including strategic thematic campaigns, opportunities for the brand (with the commercial team), and product innovations (with PID team) required to support the roadmap.
  3. Establish development standards for every NPD based on the Brand Ikigai
  4. Oversee the NPD process from concept creation to market launch.
  5. Manage innovation funnel for new brand or product launches or revamps when needed.
  6. Coordinate with the Brand Building team to develop brands based on the 6P framework.
  7. Be responsible for brand or product revamps based on the brand plan.
  8. Coordinate with the commercial team to create concept guidelines with a brand-appropriate visual appearance in stores and enhance the consumer experience/ journey.
  9. Collaborate with the Consumer & Market Foresight team to conduct market research as needed.
  10. Determine pricing strategies.

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor's or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
  4. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  8. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results and driving business objectives.
  9. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Brand/Marketing.
