Role Description

As a Brand Designer, you will be involved in creating brand identities, visual systems, packaging, communication materials, websites and digital touchpoints for our clients brands.

You will work closely with designers, brand strategists, developers and other team members to bring ideas from concept to completion. This role is suited for someone who is strong in visual design, but also interested in strategy, user needs, business context and how brands come to life across different touchpoints.

You will be expected to develop creative concepts, design brand identities, prepare presentation decks, create marketing and communication materials, support packaging and digital design, and ensure brand consistency across applications.

We are looking for someone who is independent, responsive, communicative, adaptable and driven. The ideal candidate is not only strong in execution, but also confident in sharing ideas, asking thoughtful questions, proposing better ways forward and working closely with the team to push creative boundaries.

We are also looking for someone who is AI native, curious about new tools and able to use AI to support research, ideation, visual exploration, content development and workflow efficiency without losing strong design judgment.

Responsibilities

• Create brand identity systems, visual concepts, graphic design, packaging design, website design and digital design assets for clients across different industries

• Develop creative concepts based on strategy, user needs and business objectives

• Translate brand strategy into meaningful and distinctive visual expressions

• Design brand applications across print, digital, packaging, social media, websites and other touchpoints

• Prepare presentation decks and communicate design ideas clearly to internal teams and clients

• Support user research, competitor research, visual research and design exploration

• Use Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools to create high-quality design work

• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, content generation, visual exploration and workflow efficiency

• Work with developers to ensure website and digital design intent are translated clearly into execution

• Manage design tasks independently and ensure timelines are met

• Communicate progress, challenges and ideas clearly without waiting to be asked

• Be responsive and proactive in team discussions, client communication and project coordination

• Maintain brand consistency across different brand touchpoints

• Push creative boundaries while ensuring the work remains strategic, relevant and practical

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a designer who not only makes things look good, but also thinks, questions, explores and proposes better ways forward.

You should be comfortable working in a dynamic consultancy environment where every project is different. You should be curious about business, brands, users, technology, culture, and the role design plays in shaping perception and growth.

You should also be open to learning and using new tools, especially AI tools, to make your creative process sharper, faster and more effective.

We value designers who communicate openly and proactively. This means you should be comfortable updating the team, sharing your point of view, asking the right questions, raising challenges early and contributing actively from brief to final delivery.

Most importantly, you should care about creating design that is meaningful, strategic and useful.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in brand identity, graphic design, visual communication or related work

• Good sense of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual storytelling

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma

• Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into clear visual directions

• Interest in branding, business, culture, users and design strategy

• Good communication skills and willingness to present ideas

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Experience in packaging, UI/UX, motion, social media content or AI-assisted design tools will be an advantage
