Brand & Community Lead

We are looking for brand professional with experience handling emerging F&B/Retail brands.

This candidate must possess experience in social media/community management, personally/professionally active in communities programs; additional experience in Public Relation/Event Management will be great. Candidate with retail experience is preferred.

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible to grow users, store transaction, and profitability
• Manage and grow our brand through social-media (in-house)
• Conduct/host small-medium group / communities activations in selected store
• Manage relationships with KOLs
• Develop quarterly - yearly brand strategy (focus on social media/performance) to continue our brand growth
• Lead a small team and groom talent for the future

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Public Relation or a related field
• Candidate must demonstrate his/her awareness & involvement in many communities/culture program in Jakarta
• 3-5 years experience in retail industry/agency that handle retail clients (preferred criteria)
• Have previous experience in community management, social media or public relation
• Have the ability to edit, produce basic assets (static, video, reels, shorts) with handphone. Use of AI is welcome.
