Job Function
Responsible for developing and executing the company's overall brand and communication strategy—both external and internal. This role plays a key part in building corporate image, enhancing brand awareness, supporting sales strategies, and strengthening communication across stakeholders in the highly competitive fuels retail industry.
Responsibilities
1. Brand Management
- Develop and implement brand positioning strategies for both corporate and product brands
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (gas stations, social media, advertisements, promotions, etc.)
- Analyze brand performance and market perception
2. Communication Strategy
- Design and execute an integrated communication plan (internal and external)
- Manage communication campaigns including ATL, BTL, digital, PR, CSR, and events
- Act as the main liaison between the company and media, agencies, and communication partners
3. Digital & Social Media
- Develop creative content and digital campaigns relevant to target audiences
- Manage company social media platforms and monitor engagement and online reputation
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team in launching platform-based campaigns
4. Internal Communication
- Develop internal communication strategies to align employees with the company's vision, values, and key initiatives
- Support communication for change management and cultural programs
5. Media & Public Relations
- Prepare press releases, executive speeches, and other external communication materials
- Handle crisis communication and maintain corporate reputation
- Build and maintain strategic media relationships (national and local)
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in branding and communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in retail, energy, or fuels retail sector is highly preferred.
