Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Brand Activation & Sales: Lead and execute exciting brand activation programs and strategic partnerships to boost brand awareness and directly accelerate sales growth.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Scout, negotiate, and maintain valuable collaborations with banking partners and key external stakeholders to unlock exclusive promotional opportunities.
  • Master Event Execution: Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of events and promotional campaigns, ensuring they run seamlessly and hit their target impact.
  • Collaborate & Propose: Create compelling promotional proposals and coordinate closely with internal and external teams to bring creative marketing programs to life.
  • Analyze & Evaluate: Monitor campaign performance and run data-driven evaluations to continuously optimize the effectiveness of our promotions and partnerships.
  • Ensure Operational Compliance: Supervise the administrative, legal, and communication support needed to ensure every program runs smoothly and legally.
Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of solid track record in Marketing, Partnership, or Activation roles.
  • Industry Background: Experienced working in the Retail, Gadget, Lifestyle, or Sales & Marketing sectors.
  • Core Competencies: Outstanding communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex events and high-value partnerships.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong capability in analyzing promotional metrics and monitoring marketing program outcomes.
  • Soft Skills: A collaborative team player with excellent problem-solving skills who thrives under pressure.
  • Tech & Language: Proficient in Microsoft Office; business-level English is a huge plus.
  • Mobility: Ready to be based in Makassar and drive regional success.
