Analyze and select sponsorship proposals, while designing and executing targeted branding activation booths that align with audience profiles, brand objectives, and campaign strategies
Support ideation and coordination of promotional materials such as greeting cards, calendars, wall stickers, brochures, banners, and other branding assets.
Assist in socializing and monitoring brand guideline usage across channels
Monitor and coordinate branding needs for operational vehicles at Head Office and branch offices.
Analyze and identify credible award opportunities aligned with company goals and branding strategy, including assessing relevance, impact, and positioning for Asuransi Astra
Optimize customer review platforms to strengthen company reputation and customer trust
Collaborate with the Brand Communication team to support routine content creation for official social media accounts
Assist in content development, shooting, and end-to-end video editing
Support the creation of storylines for video podcasts, customer testimonials, Reels, and other digital content formats
Apply the PDCA (PlanDoCheckAct) approach to branding and communication initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
Compile, update, and maintain a comprehensive record of relevant POJK regulations, ensuring all brand communication activities remain compliant
Analyze brand strategy implementation, conduct ongoing brand monitoring and brand health check-ups, and translate findings into strategic insights and recommendations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, or related fields
Strong corporate communication skills with the ability to align messaging to business objectives
Good understanding of the business landscape, media ecosystem, and branding impact
Strong analytical thinking combined with a creative and trend-savvy mindset
Confident in coordination and negotiation with internal and external stakeholders
