About the Role

Fulfilment At Speed (FAS) is part of Blibli Group — an integrated enabler company that powers fulfillment, logistics, and supply chain solutions across Indonesia's omnichannel ecosystem. As a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building FAS as a trusted and recognizable business brand while driving marketing initiatives that contribute directly to demand generation, client growth, and commercial performance. You will lead brand strategy, positioning, communication, and growth marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, live commerce, affiliate, and digital channels.

This role requires a strategic and commercially minded marketer who can connect brand-building with measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with Commercial, Growth, Business Development, Live, Content, and Affiliate teams to strengthen market positioning, generate qualified B2B leads, improve campaign performance, and support revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute FAS brand and growth marketing strategy, including positioning, value proposition, go-to-market plans, and integrated campaign direction.
  • Build brand awareness and establish FAS as a top-of-mind business enabler within the fulfillment, logistics, and omnichannel ecosystem.
  • Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, content, live streaming, affiliate, events, customer engagement, and marketing activations.
  • Partner with Sales, Growth, Business Development, Live, Content, and Affiliate teams to generate qualified B2B leads, strengthen pipeline opportunities, and support client campaign performance.
  • Analyze performance data across ads, content, live streaming, affiliate, and campaign channels to identify funnel gaps, optimize conversion, improve GMV, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Manage annual marketing roadmaps, budgets, agency partnerships, marketing investments, campaign effectiveness, brand health, lead quality, and marketing ROI.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Demand Generation, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in building brands, increasing market awareness, generating demand, and supporting commercial growth.
  • Experience in B2B, technology, logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, consulting, professional services, agency, or service-based industries is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, integrated marketing communications, growth marketing, funnel optimization, campaign performance, lead generation, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with a hands-on approach to execution, experimentation, optimization, and problem-solving.
