Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Brand Ambassador role based in Bekasi. The Brand Ambassador will represent Anytime Fitness Indonesia to current and potential members, promoting the brand's values and services through direct interaction, events, and social outreach. Daily responsibilities include greeting and engaging members, explaining membership options and benefits, supporting in-club promotions, and answering questions about facilities and programs. The role also involves building brand awareness in the local community, assisting with social media content or campaigns, gathering feedback from members, and collaborating with the club team to ensure a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse members and prospects.
• Demonstrated brand ambassadorship experience or interest in representing and promoting a fitness or lifestyle brand.
• Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Experience or aptitude in brand awareness activities, such as events, promotions, or community outreach.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Interest in health, fitness, or wellness and willingness to learn about Anytime Fitness services.
• Ability to work on-site in Bekasi with a flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends if needed.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus.
